Hey there! My name is Lorie – I am a 62-year-old owner of a small business, and just like many of you I struggle to find the time and energy to work out…even though I know that I very well should! As I’m getting older and closer to retirement, I am noticing that I certainly do not have the strength, stamina or drive that I had when I was younger. Not only that, but traditional weight training hurts my joints, I hate (yes, hate) running – and I have developed chronic back pain. Many of my close friends and relatives are starting to develop health problems, and I was inspired to do something about it so it doesn’t happen to me. When I found OsteoStrong it gave me hope that I could regain my strength and energy, and get rid of that back pain once and for all (and hopefully lose some weight along the way – yes, please!). I ask you to take this journey with me – a journey to a better, happier, healthier future. 

Hello! My name is Jenny Green - I have been so lucky to have found my passion in the working- world helping others to feel like the best version of themselves! For 14 years I was able to do that as a Licensed Massage Therapist - it was truly such rewarding work. Unfortunately, due to a personal shoulder injury, I had to step back from massage therapy - but I am excited to continue my professional journey in helping others be their best in their physical, mental, and emotional health with OsteoStrong! As a mother of 4, I am always moving. Whether it be skiing down the snowy mountains, playing pass with a ball, going on a hike, or working in my garden, my life is always in motion. I am excited to meet you and help you feel your best!  

Hi! My name is Cassie! - For as long as I can remember I have had a fascination with learning about the human body and how it works. Anatomy and Physiology has easily been my favorite topic in school. I have obtained my associates degree in pre-nursing and will be pursuing my education in the near future. I love that I now have the opportunity to use my knowledge of the human body and implement it into my work to help others!  I am so excited to be a part of the OsteoStrong team and to help bring this incredible service to the people of Spokane! As a single mom, I have successfully raised two boys, now young men, while enjoying hiking, biking, and camping in and around Spokane. Hi, I'm Debbie. I am a Sandpoint, ID native where I raised two great kids. I moved to Spokane 20 years ago when I married my husband, George. I taught water aerobics to seniors for eight years before Covid. I really enjoyed watching the improvements of balance, mobility and their confidence.
And... so I find myself out of retirement and a session coach for OsteoStrong. Once again watching the improvement of our clients with their balance, strength, and mobility. I am very happy to be a part of the OsteoStrong team.
